How do I update the location in my profile?

To easily search for people nearby, allow Mamba to access your device’s location. If you grant access, your location will automatically be added to your profile. Just make sure that your VPN is turned off.

If your location does not match the one shown in your profile, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Step 1

Allow access to location data for the app or browser you are using.

For Android

1. Open Settings;

2. Tap Apps and Notifications;

3. Select the app to which you want to grant permissions;

4. Tap Permissions;

5. Choose the permissions you want to grant the app, such as access to location data or the camera.

For iOS

1. Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services;

2. Make sure that location services are enabled;

3. Scroll down to find the app you need;

4. Select the app, then choose While Using the App.

Step 2

Update the location in your profile:

1. Launch the app or start Mamba in your browser;

2. Navigate to My Profile;

3. Tap the location and then press the Update button.

Afterward, the location will be updated, making it easier to meet new people.
