Push and Email notifications

To avoid missing new messages, likes, or system notifications, make sure to enable notifications. This will help you always stay in touch with your dates, see when your friends are online, and receive news and announcements even when you are not on the site or in the app.

Web version

If you use the web version and want to enable or disable push and email notifications, navigate to My Profile —> Settings —> Notifications.

  • For push notifications, grant permissions in your browser. Detailed instructions for configuring notifications in each browser can be found here: Use notifications to get alerts

  • To set up email notifications, select the Email tab where you can choose notification categories you need.

How to switch off notifications?

To ensure emails are delivered correctly, verify that the email address in your profile is confirmed. You can do this by navigating to My Profile section —> Settings —> Profile Confirmation.

If you stop opening our messages in your inbox, you will be automatically unsubscribed from notifications after some time. If you want to continue receiving notifications, simply open any of our previous emails and click on the link.

iOS and Android apps

If you use the app, you can only configure push notifications. To do this, navigate to My Profile section —> Settings —> Notifications. You need to grant the app permission to send notifications and then configure notification categories.

You can also configure the notification sound in the app settings on your device.
