Why can’t I set a photo as the profile picture?

The profile picture represents your profile. This photo must meet the following conditions:

• The photo should be a portrait with a clearly visible face;

• The photo should be taken from the front, your head should not be tilted;

• There should be no other people in the photo;

• The photo should not contain visible graphic editor effects.

By uploading a high-quality photo, you can enhance your profile’s visibility. If you believe your photo complies with these guidelines but still cannot be set as the profile picture, please contact customer support.
