How do I disable VIP status? (for other countries)

VIP status is offered as an auto-renewal subscription. This information is displayed in the activation window and in the service rules, which are also available there. If you prefer not to renew your VIP status automatically, make sure to cancel your subscription after activating it.

To cancel auto-renewal, follow these steps:

When activating VIP status using a bank card
  1. Send an email to stop@mamba.ru from the email address associated with your profile, and then open the link provided in the reply;

  2. In your profile settings, navigate to the Payments section, select My Subscriptions —> Bank Cards —> Cancel Subscription or Delete next to the bank card number.

In the web version of the site, click on the VIP status with the Crown icon in your profile or the Activate VIP button if this status is not active. Open the link for Service Rules and click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.

When activating VIP status using Google Play Payment System
  1. Launch the Google Play app on your device;

  2. Navigate to My Account;

  3. Select Payments and Subscriptions;

  4. Select Subscriptions.

When activating VIP status using the App Store (iTunes) payment system
  1. Go to Settings;

  2. Tap on the box with your name at the top of the screen;

  3. Tap Subscriptions;

  4. Select the subscription to manage.

When activating VIP status using the PayPal payment system
  1. Navigate to Settings in your PayPal account;

  2. Click on Payments;

  3. In the Pre-Approved Payments section, click on Manage Pre-Approved Payments;

  4. Select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel;

  5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

Note

On the web version of the site, you can also cancel the PayPal subscription by navigating to My Profile -> Settings -> Payments -> My Subscriptions -> PayPal -> Cancel Subscription.

To avoid being charged for a new period, you must cancel the subscription at least one day before the next scheduled payment.

It is also important to note that the process for disabling subscriptions for users of Google Play, App Store, and PayPal is determined by their respective owners and may change periodically without prior notice.

When activating VIP status in the Huawei Store app
  1. Go to Device Settings;

  2. Select HUAWEI Account, Payments and Purchases, Cloud and More;

  3. Select Payments and Purchases;

  4. Select Subscriptions;

  5. Select the subscription and disable it.
