How do I report a user?

We aim to make communication on our website comfortable and pleasant. However, some people may misuse the system by sending advertisements, threats, and insults, posting other people’s photos, or offering money transfers.

If you’ve experienced a misunderstanding, disagreement, or argument with someone through personal messages and you prefer not to continue communicating with them, you have the option to block them. By blocking the individual, you will no longer receive notifications about any new messages they attempt to send you, and they will lose access to view your profile.

You can block or report such violations by specifying the reason, either in their profile or in the chat with the user.

There are different ways to do so:

• Go to the chat, click on the three dots icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Block or Report and Block;

• In the mobile app, go to the user’s profile, click the Three Dots icon in the upper right corner of the screen, and select “Report”;

• in the web version, go to the user’s profile and click the Exclamation Mark icon in the upper right corner of the screen and select Block or Report and Block.
