How do I delete a profile?

If you have found a match or decided to take a break from online encounters, you can delete your profile. Upon deletion, your information will disappear, and we will miss you very much :)

To delete your profile, navigate to My Profile -> Settings -> Delete Profile.

An email with instructions will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. You will need to open the link from the email.

Note

If you do not have access to the email address used to register the profile, you can change it. Read the article How do I update the email address in my profile?

If you do not receive our emails — because you declined to receive messages, our emails were sent to spam, or our system treats your email address as invalid — you can also change your email address to a new one.

If you decide to return later, you will be able to restore your profile. Your profile data will be stored for 200 days. To restore your profile, simply log in using your email address and password.
